Reflections

Reflections is a powerful feature within the Alert side of the Deflect program, designed to proactively prevent chargebacks before they happen. Leveraging our proprietary alert system, Reflections enables us to submit proof of three prior successful transactions made by the same customer at the same business, within a rolling 1-year period.

Once these three verified transactions are submitted, any future disputes from that customer—on transactions processed in the same manner—can be automatically blocked. This means that after a customer has completed three successful purchases within a year, they can no longer dispute similar future charges during that timeframe, effectively creating a protective shield against repetitive or abusive chargeback attempts.
